Refunds

Missed or cancelled lessons. Tuition reserves your seat in the class. In group classes, a lesson you miss — or cancel in advance — is not refunded and not credited. Private and semi-private lessons follow the lesson policy: a free make-up each month with 24 hours' notice, reduced tuition for longer absences, and seat holds.

After a free first class (in person). You can cancel anytime. Six days after your free class you're billed for the balance of that month; cancel before then and you pay nothing. We email you a reminder two days before.

Cancelling enrollment. You may cancel any time from your account page (Manage or cancel), or by emailing miyu@jpbridge.ca. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your access continues until then. There are no partial-month refunds.

If we cancel. If JP Bridge cancels a class you paid for, you are refunded for the sessions that don't run.
